Made Well Center’s Meditative Minutes:
Join us for a 30 minute Meditation practice at the “Meditation Station.” These meditations are a great relaxing way to reduce stress, increase your window of tolerance, and reduce oxidative stress on the body. Take a break from your busy work day and create some much needed ease within your body and mind.
Meditations vary from visualizations, guided body work, and mindful breathing techniques. Sign up today using your MINDBODY account, and then venmo @MadeWellCenter your donation for class.
