This E-Course is a digital download look at a live workshop that took place. This workshop is designed to help women understand their monthly menstrual cycles. Providing education to help you understand all the ins and outs of each phase of your cycle: finding foods that fit with your flow, functional fitness that fits with your flow, and increasing freedom for yourself by helping you remove those judgements of self. You will walk away with recipes for yourself to try, and specific exercises to utilize for each phase of your cycle.
This workshop is for any woman in her reproductive years wanting to get well in a holistic way, rather than simply being given “the pill” to fix it all.
