
Lia Zalvin
Biography:
Lia was born and raised in northern New Jersey, and has since lived in Pennsylvania, Georgia and now has finally settled down in Wilmington! Lia graduated from William Paterson University with a Bachelor’s in English-Writing, and went on to attend and graduate from Liberty University, earning her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Lia strongly believes in taking a client-lead approach, coupled with evidence based techniques, to help her clients feel as though they have a real ally in their efforts to achieve their goals. Lia focuses on creating a therapeutic space that is calming, peaceful and safe for each of her clients. She is passionate about helping women who are struggling through a journey with infertility, those with poor self-esteem, women who have been diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
(PCOS) and couples throughout all walks of life.
Lia works to ensure that each and every client feels accepted, heard, advocated for and validated. Always keeping in mind the end goal of reaching optimal levels of health and wellness.
Lia’s Schedule:
Mon/Thurs: 9am-5pm (in person)
Tues: 9am-5pm (virtually)
Wed: 4pm-9pm (virtually)
