Who She Works With
Nicole Breit is a dedicated guide for adults (ages 18+) who are looking to deepen their self-awareness and heal from the inside out. She offers expert guidance for those navigating:
-
The Maternal & Hormonal Continuum: Supporting women through the physical and emotional threshold of prenatal, postpartum, and menopausal transitions.
-
Somatic Trauma Recovery: Helping individuals process and release stored tension and trauma through the powerful combination of EMDR and body-based awareness.
-
Sexual & Religious Trauma: A safe, non-judgmental harbor for those deconstructing high-control religious experiences or healing from sexual wounding to reclaim their bodily autonomy.
-
Spiritual Integration: Supporting those who wish to explore their personal values and "inherent goodness" while navigating life’s deeper existential questions.
The Therapeutic Experience
Driven by Attunement, Restoration, and Holistic Integration, Nicole's approach is rooted in the belief that "all shall be well." As a Certified Traumatologist, Yoga Instructor and Licensed Massage therapist (NC LMBT #1540) , she integrates EMDR (Level 1 & 2) with somatic movement to ensure healing happens not just in the mind, but in the nervous system. Her work is designed to help clients find an individualized life pace that honors their unique biology and spirit.
Results You Can Expect
